For those of you who prefer ore preprogramed radio to the create your own model, the 977 iPhone app offers a decent but modest selection of stations. The programing was good, the commercial time reasonable and the sound was pretty decent. Search for 977 in the app store.

Pandora added cover-flow and artist/song information to it’s iPhone app. At what point do these guys need to start running ads to make money. Don\’t get me wrong I love the innovation, but sooner or later the piper will need to be paid. What do you think? Both Pandora and Slacker are well thought out Internet radio services but beyond that their are some big differences. \n\nThe big difference is what each service excels at.\n\nIf you like pinpoint control over the artists in your stations then Pandora is for you.
